HRH Igwe Dr Patrick Acholonu serves as a major stakeholder in several companies involved in the Oil & Gas, Shipping, Dredging, Urban Development & Renewal Energy projects. Igwe Dr. Acholonu is a Medical Doctor by profession and has served in reputable hospitals in Nigeria.
Afolabi holds an MBA, from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom. He began his career at Merrill Lynch International Bank, London in 2003. He was appointed as Executive Director (Downstream Operations) of Yacio S.A., in Marbella, Spain in 2005. In 2009, he became a Consultant to the Bank of Industry in Nigeria. His work scope focused on emerging private power generation industry and included project management, writing credit appraisal reports, projecting financial viability of projects using United Nations Industrial Development Organisation’s (UNIDO) Comfar software, offering financial advice to clients and development of the Client’s operations and marketing platforms.
Uwem Udoh has over 31 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. He has played lead technical roles in numerous onshore & offshore field development projects for Shell, Baroid, Schlumberger and WellManned. He is currently the CEO of WellManned, an Integrated Project Management Company in Nigeria, presently handling a few multi-million-dollar projects. He is also the Chairman of Coastland Energy Logistics Limited and sits on the board of several other companies. Mr Udoh is a Petroleum Engineer, a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), COREN, and the Institute of Directors.
Mr Adepetun is a seasoned ex-banker with over two decades banking experience including account management for Nigerian Breweries, CFAO and a portfolio of about N 1billion for 50 major stockbroking firms. He served as Zonal Head at Oceanic Bank (Ecobank) where he was in charge of 16 Business Offices across Lagos State. He was also instrumental in directing new business opportunities, growing existing relationships, setting up the new National Bank in year 2000, stabilizing and growing the newly set up Treasury Marketing unit of the bank and achieved N1bn growth in the first year. At Ecobank, he managed a balance sheet in excess of $100,000,000 and was responsible for strategically directing business growth in six key business offices of the bank. Mr Adepetun holds an MBA from the University of Lagos.
A UK and Nigerian certified Lawyer with over 14 years corporate legislative and regulatory background, as well as domestic and international experience in corporate governance and administration, personnel management, business development, financial management and board matters. She is a well-rounded corporate lawyer with proven skills in the area of business development and contracts administration.
He holds a B.Sc. In Accounting from the University of Calabar (1985) and MBA from UNN Nsukka (2000). He became a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants in 1992 and became a Fellow in 2002. He started his career working for the audit firm, Unuigbe Akintola & Co and then proceeded to work in the accounts departments of various reputable oil and gas firms such as Amni International, Pan Ocean Oil & Gas and Oando E & P.
He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu State, Nigeria. A seasoned banker, he has over twelve years of experience in the industry. Mr. Akojuru began his career at Oceanic International Bank (now Ecobank Nigeria), where he held several posts in the Corporate and Retail Banking departments. He then moved on to Fidelity Bank Plc where as a Senior Branch Manager, he was responsible for not only his own branch, but also a network of smaller branches under his own. He has worked with a wide array of clients, such as those in the power sector, oil and gas and manufacturing, among others.
He holds a B.Sc. in Political and Administrative Studies from the University of Port Harcourt, as well as an MBA from the University of Ekpoma, Edo State. An Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, he has many years of experience in various operational and Management roles. His experience has seen him oversee projects such as the refurbishment of the Iwopin Pulp and Paper Factory in Ogun State, when the Federal Government contracted Parson Whittlemore & Lydon Limited, his former employer, to do so. His experience includes Management roles in O’Vika Properties Limited, a construction company and SISMO, a multinational joint venture construction firm
Peter Udoh is an Oil & gas professional with over 10 years project planning and field experience in drilling, completions, EPC projects, EPF project and operations. He has played important technical roles in numerous onshore, offshore and swamp drilling and completions projects. He holds a B.Eng Degree in Mechanical Engineering and he is presently involved in integrated project management for Gas powered IPP projects from planning to work execution
Horace Enemugwem has over nine (9) years’ work experience in Construction Project Management and Oil and Gas Project Management. He has been involved in several Construction Projects and Oil & Gas Well Engineering Projects from project conception through construction phase to commissioning. He has served as Project Engineer on several multi-million-dollar projects including the Liberty Free Trade Zone Project and Ikot Abasi Multipurpose Jetty Project. He holds an MSc Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom.
